Privacy and measurement
This guide is a private hub for invited guests. We keep only what we need to answer enquiries and to understand which parts of the guide are useful.
When you send an enquiry
Your name, contact details and what you have asked for are stored in our system and emailed to the Game Week concierge inbox, along with a copy in our internal enquiry spreadsheet. We use it to reply to you and to arrange what you have asked about. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone outside the arrangements you request.
When you join the mailing list
We store your name, email and the date you opted in, and use it to send occasional updates about Melbourne and Victoria. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply to ask us to remove you.
Site measurement
If you accept, we set one first-party cookie so we can tell repeat visits apart from new ones. We record which pages are viewed, how long is spent on them, which links are followed, the referring site or campaign, and the browser, device type and country the request came from.
Your IP address is never stored. There are no advertising trackers and no cross-site profiling. Detailed records are kept for 14 months, after which only daily totals remain.
We also use Google Analytics for the same purpose, and it loads only after you accept. If you decline, no cookie is set, Google Analytics does not load, and we keep an anonymous page count with nothing that identifies you or your visit.
Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time. and pick again.
